New Home Star's 2025 national sales rally, ShiftX, will take place in Austin, Texas. Sales leaders and agents from all over the nation come together for three days of training, recognition, and camaraderie. ShiftX, this year's theme, celebrates innovation, forward-thinking, and the daring move toward a tech-forward future in new home sales.

The brand identity draws inspiration from space exploration, momentum, and transformation, creating a visual world that positions attendees as pioneers preparing for liftoff.

Three custom X-marks represent different phases of the event:

  • Core X – Default logo; sleek and forward-moving, representing the unified mission
  • Burst X – A radiant starburst used for recognition and high-impact moments
  • Stellar X – A sharp, minimal X used for training and takeaway materials

This flexible system allows each part of the experience to have a distinct visual identity while remaining cohesive.

The rally's theme of advancement and exploration is connected by framing each day as a stop on a space mission:
