About the project

ShiftX is the 2025 national Sales Rally hosted by New Home Star, held in Austin, Texas. The event brings together sales leaders and agents from across the country for three days of bonding, recognition, and training. This year’s theme, ShiftX, embraces futuristic thinking, innovation, and the bold shift toward a tech-forward future in new home sales.

The brand identity draws inspiration from space exploration, momentum, and transformation, creating a visual world that positions attendees as pioneers preparing for liftoff.

ShiftX symbolizes a critical transformation—a shift in mindset, tools, and leadership. The "X" becomes a metaphor for:

  • Points of connection
  • Launch moments
  • Intersecting ideas and people
  • Limitless potential

The brand centers on themes of exploration, motion, and future readiness—mirroring the agent’s journey from team alignment to personal growth and elevated performance.

Logo System

Three custom X-marks represent different phases of the event:

  • Core X – Default logo; sleek and forward-moving, representing the unified mission
  • Burst X – A radiant starburst used for recognition and high-impact moments
  • Stellar X – A sharp, minimal X used for training and takeaway materials

This flexible system allows each part of the experience to have a distinct visual identity while remaining cohesive.

Daily Themes as “Destinations”

Each day of the rally is framed as a stop on a space mission, tying into the theme of progression and exploration:

  1. Launchbase Unity – Bonding & alignment
  2. Constellation Prime – Recognition & celebration
  3. Ascent Labs – Training & takeaway
